This painting depicts the hard work women have to do to take care of their children and families. And that in spite of all that effort, the position of women remains subordinate and deprived. Rape, sexual harassment and poverty are ever present. Liberation is shown by the women united and breaking the chains of Imperialism, helped by the armed woman guerrilla fighter.
